A dance course all about finding ways to bond with your body.
This course is directed towards a safe place for you to grow, sweat and learn. The practise is based on contemporary dance and improvisation, as well as principles of yoga, martial arts and soft acrobatics. The goal is to create a body-positive dance practice, let go of harmful movement habits and learn tools for you to seize movements and dance your heart out.
The course is inclusive to all levels, bodies and backgrounds, everyone welcome.
This course is offered in English. This course starts on Monday 2 February 2026 at 17.00 and will be 15 weeks in a row on the same day and time. Please note that there are no classes during the Christmas Break on Monday the 22nd and 29th of December. The course will take place in the Big Dance Studio in Usva.
