A 5-week course in music production, where you’ll learn all the basic techniques and tools to produce a song.
Whether you’re making electronic music, singer songwriter songs, hiphop beats, techno, rock and pop or even classical music. This course will go through the whole process of recording instruments and vocals, beat making, synthesis, composition and arranging, the final mix and finally using Ableton to bring your produced music in a live situation. All combined with a tiny bit of music theory and the science behind sound.
During this course every student will make a song covering all the info every week to go to the next step. It doesn’t matter in which program or DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) you work, or even if you only record everything on a cassette or reel to reel machine, it’s for everyone.
Note: take your own laptop to the course.
This course is offered in English. This course starts on Thursday 15 January at 20.00 and will be 5 weeks in a row on the same day and time. The course will take place in the Media Studio in Usva.
